The Senior Vice President: Private Wealth is responsible for delivering a high-touch, exceptional client experience while driving business growth through the acquisition of new relationships. This role focuses on building deep, trusted partnerships with clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their unique goals and needs. In close collaboration with internal teams, you will design and deliver tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives, leveraging the firm’s comprehensive, multi-asset platform across both traditional and alternative investments.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth clients while playing a key role in expanding the firm’s client base.
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience, building deep, multi-generational relationships grounded in trust and understanding.
- Partner closely with internal investment teams to design and implement customized portfolio strategies aligned with client goals.
- Drive business development efforts, leveraging your network and market presence to attract and retain clients.
- Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of market trends and translating insights into actionable client strategies.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan with clear growth objectives, key relationships, and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of private wealth experience, with a track record of strong performance and market presence.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Designation such as CFA and/or CIM strongly preferred.
- Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Registered Representative.
- A strong reputation for excellence in client service and relationship management.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Proven success in business development and a well-established professional network.
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and inspiring others.
