What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct comprehensive equity research, developing high-conviction investment ideas and model portfolio recommendations.
- Play an active role in shaping portfolio strategy through contributions to the Investment Committee.
- Design and execute proprietary research approaches, staying ahead of market trends, sentiment shifts, and emerging opportunities.
- Partner closely with Portfolio Managers to rigorously evaluate prospective investments.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to craft compelling client presentations and reporting materials that clearly articulate investment theses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of investment management experience, with a strong foundation in equity research.
- CFA designation strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bloomberg is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with sound decision-making and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex investment ideas to both internal stakeholders and clients.
