What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with Lead Wealth Managers to develop, analyze, and implement sophisticated planning strategies across retirement, tax, estate, risk management, and wealth transfer planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and key relationship manager for clients, ensuring an exceptional planning experience.
- Lead portions of client meetings, present recommendations, and guide clients through planning decisions with confidence and clarity.
- Oversight of planning strategy execution, ensuring recommendations are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Mentor and support Wealth Managers and Associate Wealth Managers, contributing to team development and best practices.
- Develop specialized expertise in an advanced planning area (e.g., tax, estate, charitable, business succession) while staying ahead of industry trends and planning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions and exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7 years of professional financial planning and wealth management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- CFP® certification required; additional advanced designations are a plus.
- Demonstrated success managing client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial planning advice.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinker with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- A positive, approachable attitude with a passion for client service and team development.
