We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Relationship Manager/Senior Wealth Advisor to deliver exceptional service and strategic leadership to a select group of clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, building deep, trust-based relationships and delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience. You will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Strategic Advisors, and subject-matter specialists to develop tailored solutions aligned with each client’s goals. Additionally, you will lead and mentor Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers, ensuring a seamless and coordinated client experience.


The ideal candidate is a Senior Wealth Advisor with 10–15 years of experience managing ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, holding or pursuing a CFP® and/or CFA®, and demonstrating a strong fiduciary commitment to acting in clients’ best interests. They have a proven track record of leading relationship management teams, partnering with portfolio managers to deliver customized investment strategies, and driving business growth through referrals and client expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop the Relationship Management team, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Serve as the primary advisor for client relationships, guiding conversations to uncover needs and deliver tailored wealth strategies.
  • Partner with portfolio management to design and recommend investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and financial plans.
  • Participate in prospective client meetings and contribute to business development efforts, including cultivating referrals and expanding existing relationships.
  • Communicate market insights, economic trends, and investment strategy in a clear, compelling manner, connecting these insights to each client’s financial picture.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of relevant wealth management or advisory experience.
  • CFP® and/or CFA® designation strongly preferred.
  • Proven fiduciary mindset with a commitment to acting in clients’ best interests and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including strong time management and the ability to lead through change.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
