Who We Want
DVI is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager/Senior Wealth Advisor (SRM) to deliver high-impact service and thought leadership to a select group of clients. In this key role, you will take primary responsibility for understanding each client’s goals and objectives, building deep trust, and delivering a coordinated, comprehensive wealth management experience in close collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Strategic Advisors, and other subject-matter specialists. The SRM will have supervisory responsibilities, overseeing Relationship Manager(s) (RM) and Assistant Relationship Manager(s) (ARM), ensuring integrated advice, tailored solutions, and a consistently high-quality wealth management offering for every client.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
· 10-15 years or more of relevant professional experience
· Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation strongly preferred; required following employment
· Demonstrated fiduciary mindset, consistently acting in clients’ best interests and maintaining strict confidentiality
· Demonstrated visionary leadership with proven strengths in time and change management; able to articulate a clear vision and lead effective organizational change
· Strong entrepreneurial drive with a willingness to participate in business development initiatives
· Demonstrates a collaborative, team-oriented approach and promotes a client-focused culture
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What to Expect
· Directly manage Relationship Management team members, guiding onboarding, ongoing career development, and performance management to support their long-term success.
· Lead key client relationships, conducting meetings to identify planning needs and deliver thoughtful, tailored solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.
· Partner closely with the Portfolio Management team to recommend DVI investment strategies that align with each client’s objectives, risk tolerance, and comprehensive financial plan.
· Engage in meetings with prospective clients, deepen relationships with existing clients, and proactively cultivate referrals from clients and centers of influence.
· Clearly communicate market developments, economic trends, and other timely insights, explaining how these factors inform DVI’s investment strategy and impact each client’s situation.

· This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role. The full base salary pay range is $150,000 to $230,000 per year. This range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a base salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Base salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
· Your total compensation package includes a significant incentive component which allows you to directly influence your earnings based on performance. DVI’s incentive structure is designed to reward high performance and align your goals with the company's objectives. We believe this structure offers you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings by excelling in your role. Our top performers typically earn above their base salary through these incentive programs.
