The Judge Group is currently seeking a Vice President, Finance and Operations for a medium sized Assemble and Distribution company in the Carrollton, Texas area.
COMPENSATION: 210k to 260k
MUST HAVE: BS, Business Administration in Finance / Accounting or related
MUST HAVE: 10 Management experience in finance, insurance, tax
MUST HAVE: Experience Managing IT and oversite of HR
MUST HAVE: Some non profit association experience
MUST HAVE: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct all Financial, Technology, Human Resource and administrative functions
- Support of the company’s strategic, operational and financial goals
- Act as an inner circle decision maker in all areas including: Operations Management, IT, Risk - Management, Insurance, Benefits Administration and payroll
- Oversee a staff of 20 across several departments (IT, HR, Administrative)
- Ensure profitable growth with no debt
- Assists with contractual and legal matters
- Oversee creation of financial data and reports
- Executes all credit related policies
- Manages customer accounting and invoicing, sales order processing
- Ensure revenue growth, while minimizing bad debt
- Approve all expenditures
- Perform cash management
- Reviews General Accounting functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Take ownership of risk management, safety, legal, payroll and benefits
- Negotiate with outside vendors
- Review, analyze all departmental reports and metrics
- Sit on the Company’s Board
- Directly supervise Payroll and Benefits Manager, IT Manager, Controller
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS, Business Administration in Finance / Accounting or related
- 10 Management experience in finance, insurance, tax
- Experience Managing IT and oversite of HR
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Tax certifications and experience
Salary : $210,000 - $260,000
