Production Supervisor – Meat Processing Operations
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within our meat processing facility. In this role, you will oversee production teams, ensure the highest standards of food safety and product quality, and help maintain efficient workflows across processing, packaging, and distribution.

Key Responsibilitie

- kConduct routine floor inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standard
- sCollaborate with Quality Assurance, Shipping, Maintenance, and other departments to support operational need
- sTrack yields, product handling, and material usage to minimize waste and improve efficienc
- yAssist with scheduling, attendance management, and employee performance evaluation
- sIdentify and resolve production challenges, equipment issues, and employee concerns in a timely manne

Qualificatio
- nsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in manufacturing or supervision preferr
