A growing manufacturer in Chambersburg, PA is seeking Maintenance Supervisor's over 2nd and 3rd shifts. These positions are available due to growth and expansions. This critical role ensures the efficient and reliable operation of all manufacturing equipment and facilities. You'll lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and ensure strict adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
- Plan and oversee all maintenance activities, including PM, PdM, and emergency repairs.
- Utilize and optimize a CMMS for work order management and asset tracking.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with CMMS software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
