The Web DXM is accountable for the BU website product portfolio: prioritizing and delivering against the roadmap, ensuring design‑system consistency, partnering with agencies and brand teams, and using agentic AI/automation to execute content updates while maintaining quality, governance and compliance.
Key responsibilities
Strategy & planning
- Craft and execute the product roadmap for BU websites showing brand priorities, planned initiatives and high-level delivery milestones.
- Partners with BU marketers and brand leads to align initiative prioritization with delivery capacity and timelines.
- Represent brand priorities to delivery teams and ensure resources focus on highest-value work.
Tactical product ownership
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and grooming.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with brand and agency stakeholders; sign off releases against acceptance criteria and governance gates.
- Onboard and enable creative agencies to the Design System and the website ways-of-working; act as the agency point of contact for Design System questions and enforcement.
- Review agency briefs, concept pitches and design deliverables for adherence to the Design System, UX best practice and accessibility standards.
Design system stewardship
- Drive Design System adoption across the BU’s websites: component usage, tokens, versioning and rollout plans.
- Evaluate and approve design deliverables against the Design System; escalate remediations as needed.
- Track component adoption, technical debt and coordinate deprecation or updates with platform teams.
Agentic workflows & prompt engineering
- Identify manual processes to replace with agentic workflows; design, test and operationalize automations using Agentic AI platforms.
- Write, refine and validate natural-language prompts that produce reliable, high-quality outputs for content drafts, QA checks, testing, and operational tasks.
Continuous optimization & governance
- Own website health indicators and remediation: page speed, accessibility, technical SEO (in partnership with SEO), and stability.
- Use analytics, personalization and A/B testing insights to drive iterative experience improvements.
- Embed compliance and auditability in workflows (regulatory/privacy controls, Promotional Review support).
Required skills & experience
- 5 years experience in digital product management / web product ownership.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams (backlog management, UAT, sprint ceremonies).
- Experience with the full lifecycle of a website project from concept brief to launch, including governance checkpoints and post-launch monitoring.
- Proven experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional partners (marketing, UX/design, engineering, legal/compliance).
- Demonstrable design system experience (component adoption, governance).
- Hands-on experience using Agentic AI platforms, automation/orchestration tools or equivalent in production workflows.
- Advanced prompt engineering / natural-language communication skills — able to author and refine prompts to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Strong UX, accessibility and SEO/GEO knowledge.
- Proficient using canvas design tools, preferably Figma.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory/privacy frameworks relevant to the BU (e.g., CCPA) and ability to embed controls.
Preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) or supporting Promotional Review processes.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React/Next.js), Storybook, headless CMSs and CI/CD for web delivery.
- Experience with analytics, personalization, and experimentation platforms.
