Digital Project Manager

Judge Consulting Group
Durham, NC Full Time
POSTED ON 4/14/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/14/2026

The Web DXM is accountable for the BU website product portfolio: prioritizing and delivering against the roadmap, ensuring design‑system consistency, partnering with agencies and brand teams, and using agentic AI/automation to execute content updates while maintaining quality, governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

Strategy & planning

  • Craft and execute the product roadmap for BU websites showing brand priorities, planned initiatives and high-level delivery milestones.
  • Partners with BU marketers and brand leads to align initiative prioritization with delivery capacity and timelines.
  • Represent brand priorities to delivery teams and ensure resources focus on highest-value work.

Tactical product ownership

  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and grooming.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with brand and agency stakeholders; sign off releases against acceptance criteria and governance gates.
  • Onboard and enable creative agencies to the Design System and the website ways-of-working; act as the agency point of contact for Design System questions and enforcement.
  • Review agency briefs, concept pitches and design deliverables for adherence to the Design System, UX best practice and accessibility standards.

Design system stewardship

  • Drive Design System adoption across the BU’s websites: component usage, tokens, versioning and rollout plans.
  • Evaluate and approve design deliverables against the Design System; escalate remediations as needed.
  • Track component adoption, technical debt and coordinate deprecation or updates with platform teams.

Agentic workflows & prompt engineering

  • Identify manual processes to replace with agentic workflows; design, test and operationalize automations using Agentic AI platforms.
  • Write, refine and validate natural-language prompts that produce reliable, high-quality outputs for content drafts, QA checks, testing, and operational tasks.

Continuous optimization & governance

  • Own website health indicators and remediation: page speed, accessibility, technical SEO (in partnership with SEO), and stability.
  • Use analytics, personalization and A/B testing insights to drive iterative experience improvements.
  • Embed compliance and auditability in workflows (regulatory/privacy controls, Promotional Review support).

Required skills & experience

  • 5 years experience in digital product management / web product ownership.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams (backlog management, UAT, sprint ceremonies).
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a website project from concept brief to launch, including governance checkpoints and post-launch monitoring.
  • Proven experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional partners (marketing, UX/design, engineering, legal/compliance).
  • Demonstrable design system experience (component adoption, governance).
  • Hands-on experience using Agentic AI platforms, automation/orchestration tools or equivalent in production workflows.
  • Advanced prompt engineering / natural-language communication skills — able to author and refine prompts to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.
  • Strong UX, accessibility and SEO/GEO knowledge.
  • Proficient using canvas design tools, preferably Figma.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory/privacy frameworks relevant to the BU (e.g., CCPA) and ability to embed controls.

Preferred

  • Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) or supporting Promotional Review processes.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React/Next.js), Storybook, headless CMSs and CI/CD for web delivery.
  • Experience with analytics, personalization, and experimentation platforms.
