Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN.
- Support basic networking: LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN.
- Handle application support for ERP/CRM/HRIS/SaaS tools.
- Install/upgrade hardware & software; maintain tickets and documentation.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
- 3–6 years in Helpdesk/Desktop/Network/Application Support.
- Strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory experience.
- Solid troubleshooting and customer‑service skills.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Must be local to NYC and able to work onsite.
