Must live within 100 miles of our client client's office in downtown Kansas City MO.
My business partner- We will need to do a zoom or meet in person for initial screen (for local profiles).

Job Description-: CRM Implementation Consultant
Required Skills
- 7 years technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Building and updating complex business process flows in Dynamics 365
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps) and Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate.
- Configuring API integrations (experience with Drupal, Hivebrite, Docebo, and CVENT or similar system integrations is preferred.)
- JavaScript development skills for Dynamics customization
- Dataverse queries/FetchXML and solution layering strategies
- Evaluating business processes and translating organizational needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
- Ability to learn organizational context quickly and connect business challenges to CRM based improvements
- Ability to function as both lead consultant and technical SME, guiding project direction, sequencing, and risk mitigation.
- Interest in learning about an organization at a depth necessary to connect business needs and challenges to effective solutions within Dynamics
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical partners and end users.
- Proven experience developing future state process maps and CRM solution blueprints.
