25% travel.
They are selling their solutions mainly to State Tax entities such as IRS, etc.
The solution engineer will work with their customers in the pre and post sales stages.
Since it's still a startup company, they need someone very flexible, who can work in fast paced environment, etc. Someone stable.
They prefer East Coast as the position will work with the Israeli HQ and there's 7 hours' time difference.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
Additional Requirements: Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with government clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end-to-end deployment, setup, and configuration of the platform in client environments, including both on-premise and SaaS models.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for deep Level 2 technical support related to deployment, infrastructure, and environmental issues.
- Collaborate with the Data Solutions team to ensure seamless data integration and configuration to support business intelligence insights.
- Lead the technical enablement for pre- and post-sale activities, providing expert technical guidance during the POV stage through full enterprise deployment.
- Provide technical expertise and input to Product and R&D teams to ensure deployment architecture and features align with client requirements and current workflows.
- 5 years leading technical deployment, DevOps, or SRE teams in a B2G/B2B enterprise software company.
- Extensive experience installing and deploying software solutions in on-premise, hybrid, or cloud environments, with familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and various virtualization platforms.
- High proficiency in Linux systems and command-line tools.
- Demonstrable understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to government or financial services (e.g., managing a platform that satisfies stringent security standards).
- Proven ability to establish high-level organizational skills, clarity, and governance across technical delivery and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical teams and executive customer stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying challenges and providing effective, innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with Python for scripting, data processing, or integrations is a significant advantage.
