Are you a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the commercial construction industry? A growing, highly respected general contractor is seeking a President to lead the next phase of our strategic growth and operational excellence.

As President, you will have full P&L responsibility, shape company culture, and drive performance across all departments—operations, preconstruction, business development, and finance. We’re looking for a hands-on executive with a proven track record of scaling teams, delivering successful projects, and building strong client relationships.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and long-term strategic direction
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, subcontractors, and partners
• Champion the company’s values, culture, and reputation in the industry
• Lead initiatives for geographic or market expansion

✅ Qualifications:

• 15 years in commercial construction, with significant executive or senior leadership experience (VP, COO, or President)
• Proven history of managing complex construction operations, financials, and multi-project oversight
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in ground-up, interiors, and/or renovation projects (depending on company focus)
• Ability to lead through influence, foster team collaboration, and drive accountability
