Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project quality for all materials, deliveries, and installations
- Perform preparatory, initial, and final inspections
- Manage submittal and materials testing processes
- Document all inspections, non-conformances, and re-inspections
- Coordinate system commissioning and LEED requirements
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen (required for federal project clearance)
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management OR
- Minimum 5 years as a QC Manager on USACE or similar federal projects
