Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage the POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, beverage handling, and sanitation practices in a hospitality setting.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders during busy shifts in nightclubs or fine dining environments.
• Assist in training new team members on POS systems, serving techniques, and customer service standards.

Skills
