Club Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our vibrant nightclub and hospitality venue. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of club management, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a safe, organized, and profitable environment. Duties

• Lead and supervise all club operations, including staffing, guest services, and event execution to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Oversee shift management, coordinating schedules to optimize coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Manage guest relations by delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Plan, organize, and execute nightclub events and themed nights to attract diverse audiences and maximize revenue.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures for bar tabs, cover charges, and event sales.
• Write detailed reports on daily operations, event outcomes, safety incidents, and staff performance for management review.
• Supervise staff members including bartenders, security personnel, servers, and event staff to foster teamwork and high standards of service.
• Maintain compliance with licensing laws, health regulations, and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing nightclubs or entertainment venues with a strong background in hospitality or resort management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and oversee supervising staff effectively.
• Strong background in events management with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution.
• Experience in shift management, cash handling, report writing, and managing guest services seamlessly.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable; assistant manager experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of nightclub operations including event planning, guest services, security procedures, and alcohol licensing laws.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to write clear reports and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
