Job Title: Residential Service Technician

Start Date: Immediately

Salary Range: $40,000-$60,000/annually depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview:

As a Residential Service Technician, you'll expertly execute diverse roofing tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency in installations and repairs. This role includes managing materials, and delivering exceptional customer service, all while embodying our company's core values of growth and excellence. Essential Functions:

• Communicate schedule adjustments with homeowners and crew.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with crews on jobsites.
• Share experience and knowledge with team for effective completion of work orders
• Clean, maintain, and stock assigned work truck
• Ensure necessary materials are kept stocked in the warehouse
• Completing detailed punch lists to ensure final project quality and address any client concerns
• Quality control of all roofing-related job requirements based on scope of work

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Vast knowledge of roofing applications, systems, and repair methods.
• Valid Drivers License (MO Class E or equivalent)
• Deadline orientated
• OSHA 10 Construction Industry Certified
• Must have excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal need for direction and oversight
• Must be able to obtain security clearance on military job sites
• Demonstrated time-management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in roofing
• Experience working with metal roofing, coping, and the above, listed materials

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

• Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
• Willing to travel
• Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
• Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater
• Frequent bending, kneeling, walking
• Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8 hours per day)
• Overtime and weekend work
