Job Responsibilities
- Develops and executes project plans for multiple programs, incorporating technical requirements, milestones, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery against technology exit plans
- Identifies and mitigates risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Supports and drives execution of multi‑product program plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions are clearly documented and updated.
- Drives accountability by following up with technology owners for required status, milestone, and risk updates - validating submissions and escalating gaps or delays as needed
- Maintains program artifacts, templates, and reporting structures to ensure consistency, quality, and traceability across sub‑programs
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management and coordination, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large matrixed organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear summaries, visuals, and status updates
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment, with a high degree of ownership and attention to detail
- Experience supporting multi‑product technology programs, vendor software exits, or enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with risk, issue, dependency, and milestone management frameworks
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and working with senior stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
- Exposure to agile delivery models and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams
