The Executive Talent Management & Development (ETM&D) team delivers high quality solutions for identifying, developing, and evaluating senior executive talent firmwide. This high exposure team partners with the Human Resources Operating Committee (OC), Line of Business (LOB) aligned HR executives, and Product teams to deliver an executive talent agenda that ensures the highest quality talent in the top 150 positions at the firm.
As an Associate on the Executive Talent Management & Development team, you will articulate success profiles and evaluation framework for outstanding executive performance, facilitate learning and actions that contribute to the development of premier executive talent, execute talent management processes to build a deep bench of successors for OC / OC-1 positions and engage and co-author professional development & career management for the top 150 executives at JPMorgan.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed talent analytics and measurement to extract actionable insights.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track executive performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the broader ETM&D team and Product teams (e.g., Talent Advisory, Grow, HR Data & Analytics).
- Provide administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of executive performance processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders to strategize, implement, and execute talent solutions aimed at talent management, performance management & measurement, executive development, and competency modeling & assessment.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 3 years of experience in Talent, Executive/Leadership Development, Performance Management, and/or Data & Analytics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant HR discipline (e.g., OD/OE, data analytics).
- Understanding of executive performance expectations, competencies, and assessments.
- Basic proficiency in metrics and evaluating executive performance.
- Experience in project and change management, including stakeholder engagement and strategy prioritization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Innovative and cross-silo mindset.
