Responsibilities of the Program Analyst Mid.
- Support external providers during transitions to the new Electronic Health Record System, ensuring continuity of Direct Messaging workflows and minimal disruption to patient care.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external provider organizations to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Support tracking of software issues on behalf of end users.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all Direct Messaging-related inquiries, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement
- Execute outreach and engagement activities targeting community care providers with Direct Messaging capabilities, including inquiry meetings and follow-up sessions.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder sessions involving external providers, vendors, and technical/operational teams for troubleshooting, testing, and relationship management.
- Document and track performance issues and patient matching issues.
- Assist with the execution of project work instructions, policies, and procedures for client project deliverables.
- Create, develop, and edit MS PowerPoint slide decks with professional-looking graphics (using advanced layout techniques and adhering to the style guide) that present ideas clearly for all stakeholders
- Data gathering, report and document compilation, research tasks, presentation development, updating and maintaining file repositories, and developing work plans.
- Facilitate and schedule Community Care partner and stakeholder meetings seamlessly.
- Prepare agendas, ensuring correct attendees are present, and action items are tracked
- Establish and maintain a steady rapport with ongoing vendor and partner entities.
- Complete updates within MS Access databases on a consistent basis.
- Virtual meeting facilitation using MS Teams, including scheduling and coordination, agenda development, attendance, and action item tracking.
- Assist with the development and compilation of project team deliverables (bi-weekly, quarterly, etc.)
- Check deliverables for (508) Accessibility compliance.
- May coordinate and manage travel approvals and expense submissions by collaborating with the JPSys Project Manager, JPSys Contracts, and JPSys Finance departments.
- Other duties as required.
Project Requirements:
- Knowledge of how to support technical client project teams
- Able to use quantitative and qualitative presentation skills to engage Federal clients
- Ability to effectively manipulate data and create MS Office 365 and MS PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate project data to clients.
- Support the technical and clinical staff with communications and outreach to Federal business partners.
- Support the team as needed for data gathering, reports, document compilation, research tasks, presentation development, and development of work, updating and maintaining repositories, high-level complexity analysis, and development of work plans.
- Oversee special administrative projects, track their progress, promptly report problems, propose solutions, and move the efforts to completion for on-time delivery of work.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project staff and government stakeholders.
- Calendar logistics work to support project staff
- Technical writing experience preferred.
- Record your timesheet hours and project charges daily
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of administrative experience is required for this role.
- Knowledge of data interoperability to be able to gather the appropriate data for healthcare IT solutions that will be used to plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs is helpful
- Takes initiative, is a fast learner, detail-oriented, open-minded, willing, and able to communicate easily with a variety of staff.
- Advanced proficiency in Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database, and SharePoint.
- Experience with the MS Teams collaboration environment with virtual project experience.
- Highly organized, methodical, detail oriented and results driven person is required to achieve positive outcomes.
- Highly developed listening skills coupled with the consistent utilization of a consultative approach.
- Ability to work and communicate well in a virtual setting with diligence and minimal supervision.
- Communicating to achieve and maintain alignment between stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify and clarify complex healthcare or technical concepts.

- Utilize knowledge of principles and best practices of office management for project administration and support.
- Using various communication mediums such as Teams Chat and email effectively.
Educational Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree plus 2 years relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience in Clinical Informatics, Nursing Informatics, clinical degrees (Nursing), Business Discipline, or another related scientific discipline is required.
Educational Equivalents:
An associate's degree plus 2 years' experience may be used as an equivalent to a BA degree or 4 years' experience may be used as an equivalent to a BA.
