Quality Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and leading a team to maintain the highest quality standards in our manufacturing operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001, ISO 22716 standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with internal and external standards.
• Oversee quality control processes including inspection, testing, and analysis of products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead investigations into product non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvements for management review.
• Manage documentation related to quality systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in conducting quality audits and inspections.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality control and assurance.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing data related to product quality.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with various departments and presenting findings to management.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
