Description:
- Handle all material control functions including shipping, receiving, labeling, and packing of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain and organize rack storage locations using scanning and labeling systems (DSI/JDE One World)
- Shrink wrap, band, and stage finished goods for shipment
- Supply production and batching teams with required materials to support continuous operation
- Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation
- Operate and become certified in industrial equipment such as forklifts, electric reach trucks, and pallet jacks
- Comply with all DOT and Federal hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations
- Support hazardous waste handling procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations
- Serve as a trainer and resource for new warehouse hires
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (preferably in a manufacturing warehouse)
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred (training available)
- Familiarity with automated inventory control and scanning systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
