Job Title: Learning & Development Associate
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $35.00 - $43.80/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent
Responsibilities
- Support the alignment of site training programs with global quality standards by analyzing training data from Veeva Vault and site Change Request (CR) systems.
- Execute training impact user reports to assist GPOs in global curricula assignment and verify accurate training allocation across roles.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to revise or deactivate site-level training items impacted by global quality changes, ensuring compliance with GxP requirements.
- Generate and maintain training matrices reflecting curriculum changes and liaise with stakeholders for implementation planning.
- Run post-implementation training impact reports to identify training assignment gaps and support timely remediation.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including L&D, Process Owners, and Quality to facilitate training alignment and compliance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; minimum of 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or quality systems in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault or comparable document and LMS management systems in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing setting.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, report generation, and curriculum management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with global quality implementation projects, change control, and site compliance activities is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail while adhering to GxP documentation standards.
