The Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Strategic Operations supports the objectives of the Global Medical Affairs function.
Supporting Strategic Operations projects and systems
Documenting user requirements
Generating and executing test scripts
Interfacing with IT and vendors in implementation of system updates
Ongoing system management
Project management and status updates
Partner with Global and Regional customers in the support of key MAF systems, including WESS (Worldwide Evidence and Strategy System), ReCAP (Research Concept Approval), TCON (Total Contracts), and SharePoint based systems. Provide support to additional systems as needed.
Perform user requirements gathering and generate user requirements for system updates. Document requirements in JIRA via User Stories
Perform business system testing for all system updates. Manage and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Partner with Strategic Operations leaders with project management.
Perform data and system analysis as needed to support system operations. Maintain user and system access and update system data.
Partner with Strategic Operations in the generation of reports and dashboards.
Must haves:
Strong project management and business analysis skills
Level of maturity consistent with a senior manager/AD level position
Self-driven, able to self-manage
Responsible, accountable and overall positive attitude
Understanding of budget tracking
Pharma experience
Strong people skills
Time management
Able to work in a fast paced environment with high demands on all colleagues
