Responsibilities
- Analyze samples and QC samples using ICP
- Operate and maintain Agilent ICP-MS and related equipment
- Review, interpret, and report data
- Maintain, calibrate, and optimize equipment
- Organize departmental work and documentation
- Prepare and maintain data packages and logbooks
- Perform routine instrument maintenance
- Follow SOPs, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and Employee Handbook guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Geology, Biology, or Chemistry with 1 year of PCB experience
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team
- Skilled at learning new techniques, multitasking, recordkeeping, and following procedures
- Experience in pesticides, residues, environmental testing, or organic prep a plus
