Our client is a global investment firm with a strong international presence and an active platform across private markets. They operate in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment and place significant value on partnership, execution, and discretion. Executive Assistants are viewed as trusted partners to senior leadership and critical members of the firm.
THE ROLE
The firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a Partner and team within Investor Relations. This is a very fast‑paced role supporting a heavily external‑facing function, with significant responsibility around investor roadshows, meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
This role is ideal for an EA who thrives under pressure, enjoys full ownership of their desk, and can execute seamlessly during periods of intense investor activity. The environment is dynamic, priorities move quickly, and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Heavy coordination of investor roadshows and related logistics
- Managing frequent, often back‑to‑back domestic travel
- Coordinating complex calendars and meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Preparing detailed itineraries, schedules, and meeting materials
- Acting as a proactive, dependable support partner as priorities shift
- Responding quickly to time‑sensitive requests in a fast‑moving environment
- Handling expenses and additional administrative support as needed
THE CANDIDATE

QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience coordinating Investor Relations roadshows required
- Prior experience supporting Investor Relations or finance teams
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ownership mentality
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
THE COMP / WORK SCHEDULE / BENEFITS
- Base salary: $115,000–$125,000, dependent on experience
- Target bonus: 15%
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in‑office / 1 day remote
