THE ROLE
This is a Senior Executive / Personal Assistant role providing comprehensive support to the CEO & Founder, with a strong emphasis on private, family, and lifestyle management alongside select business support.
The role is approximately 85% personal support and 15% business support, acting as a true right hand to the principal across multiple residences, international travel, family logistics, and day‑to‑day coordination.
Initially based in New York, the role will relocate full‑time to Dubai, with frequent travel between Dubai, London, and New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, internationally minded PA/EA who thrives in a UHNW, 24/7, global environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- End‑to‑end global travel management (commercial and charter), across multiple time zones
- Full private life and family support, including household coordination, schools, and lifestyle logistics
- Oversight of multiple international properties, working closely with household managers and property teams
- Managing highly complex diaries and schedules across businesses, personal commitments, and global travel
- Coordination with Chief of Staff and wider business teams on select corporate matters
- Event planning, private engagements, and international logistics
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and decision‑maker on behalf of the principal
- Providing seamless, discreet, and anticipatory support at all times
This role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned EA/PA with demonstrable experience supporting UHNW individuals, Founders, or C‑suite principals in highly demanding environments.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior Private PA, UHNW, Founder‑level, or hybrid PA/EA role
- Background supporting leaders within finance, private equity, alternative investments, or comparable global environments
- Proven experience managing complex family logistics, multiple households, and household staff
- Strong international travel planning, including frequent, multi‑country schedules
- Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Polished communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Willing and able to relocate permanently to Dubai
- Comfortable working within a fast‑paced, ultra‑high‑expectation, 24/7 environment
Highly desirable:
- Experience within UHNW family offices
- Prior experience traveling with a principal
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and global destinations
- Known for urgency, proactivity, and flawless execution
THE COMP / BENEFITS
- Salary: Up to $140 - 165k
