About the Personal Assistant Role
This is not a traditional administrative role. You will operate as part of a collaborative executive support team, providing seamless, high-touch support across both professional and personal priorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fluid, always-moving environment.
Personal Assistant Key Responsibilities
Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones
Coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics, materials, and participants are aligned
Prepare briefing materials, itineraries, and executive communications
Track and manage follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Assist with conference coordination, registrations, and executive materials (bios, headshots, etc.)
Support scheduling and logistics tied to events, meetings, and external engagements
Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate household operations, including vendor management and scheduling
Assist with personal requests, errands, and day-to-day logistics
Partner with family and household staff to ensure seamless coordination
Work closely with other executive support team members to divide and execute responsibilities
Participate in daily check-ins and ongoing communication to manage priorities
Take ownership of assigned tasks while maintaining visibility across team workflows

Personal Assistant Candidate Profile
Required Experience
5 years supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-net-worth individual
Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Proven ability to manage both business and personal responsibilities
Core Competencies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication including text messaging
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Outlook and mobile-based workflows
