What You Will Do
- Manage your own day
- Communicating directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Operating and maintaining equipment, including potentially specialized machinery.
- Keeping accurate inventory on your vehicle.
- Identifying opportunities for new Sales Leads (with bonuses)
- Training new team members and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performing all tasks with expertise and efficiency
- Proven experience (ideally 3 years) in professional landscaping with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various landscaping equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., pesticide application, arborist certifications) are highly valued.
