Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bethlehem, PA. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide outstanding service, assess their needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving sales, assisting customers with product inquiries, maintaining knowledge of product offerings and promotions, and contributing to a positive and results-driven team environment. Supporting team members with training and meeting sales targets will also be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with and assist customers
- Demonstrated Sales expertise and a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to support and collaborate with team members through Training and Sales Management skills
- Highly motivated with a customer-centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
