Working in a team based environment to support each other.Responsibilities:Drive to each repair location in a safe and timely manner.Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.Provide recommendations for problem resolution.Explain complex technician issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner.Sell Home insurance program through Asurion.Meet or exceed sales goals.Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards.Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive, fun work environment.Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.Ensure that customers have an enjoyable five-star experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.Maintains the cleanliness and professional appearance of the van.Other duties as assigned.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:Must have clean driving record.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (must meet some, not all):Interest in technology and agility at learning new products and features.Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment.Invigorated by constant personal interaction.Outstanding customer service skills.Strong selling and follow-up skills.Exceptional organizational skills.Attendance/Punctuality/Dependability.Strong written and oral communication skills.Consistently personable and always maintaining a friendly team attitude.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or GED.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals.1-2 years customer service experience in a retail environment.Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.Bilingual spoken and written also preferred.COMPENSATION:Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.Ongoing sales training.Serious career growth potential.A fun, professional, fast-paced team environment.All applicants may be subject to drug screening and/or background check.Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
