Joshua Tree Experts is gearing up for our heavy-hitting fall aeration season, and we need a driven, hands-on Aeration Technician to join our Stockertown, PA production team.

This isn't your average landscaping gig-this is a professional, equipment-driven field tech role where you will operate heavy machinery, diagnose property issues, and keep our clients' properties in elite shape. We are looking for someone who loves working outdoors, isn't afraid of hard work, and wants to lock in a solid, full-time schedule this fall.
Please note: This is a seasonal role. Paid training kicks off the first week of August, and the position runs through the end of the fall season. However, top performers will have the prime opportunity to return full-time when our spring lawn care program fires back up!
What You'll Be Doing (The Daily Grind)
Machine OperationField Execution: Safely operate heavy-duty core aeration equipment and spreaders to deliver high-quality lawn treatments.
TechLogistics Management: Utilize our built-in software on company tablets to manage your daily route, log your progress, and complete digital paperwork with accuracy.
Fleet Responsibility: Prepare your assigned truck daily, ensure proper product loading, and conduct daily vehicle and equipment safety inspections.
Property Diagnostics: Act as the eyes and ears on the ground. Identify common lawn issues, recommend treatments, and flag potential leads for our tree care or pest control divisions.
The JTE Standard: Provide an elite level of customer service on every property, maintaining our safety-first culture and actively participating in weekly tailgate meetings.
What You Need to Bring (Requirements)
The Basics: High School Diploma or GED.
DrivingBackground: You must be 21 years old or over. You must have a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to successfully pass a background check.
Availability: Must be able to commit to at least 40 hours per week starting the first week of August, with the flexibility for overtime and weekends if the weather demands it.
The Hustle: A strong personal drive. You need to be self-motivated, highly organized, and efficient while working independently in the field.
Bonus Points: No experience is strictly necessary, but previous experience driving a commercial vehicle with a tow attachment, or holding a Pesticide Applicator/Registered Technician license, is a massive plus!
The Physical Demands
This is a rugged, highly physical role. You must be able to:
Repeatedly lift 50 lbs. throughout the entire day.
Push, pull, and maneuver heavy equipment across varying terrain, including bending, stooping, and walking up steep hills.
