What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Drive Coordinator position at Jordan Ford?
Your role as a service drive coordinator is to be out on the drive at all times with a smile, greeting customers immediately as they arrive, checking the customers in with an iPad, and performing a thorough write-up. You will also be responsible for addressing customers' concerns all the way through delivery.
Service Responsibilities:
Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $12 - $14 per hour. This position when performed successfully will lead toward an opportunity to become a Ford Certified Quick Lane Advisor.

Service Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers upon arrival on the drive ready with IPad in hand, and perform a thorough write-up.
- Effectively document/verify all customer’s information is correct, and make sure all their concerns are accurate.
- Notify the Ford Certified advisor of the customer’s arrival, and that the write-up is complete.
- Introduce advisor to the customer so they can validate the customer's concerns you have documented, and complete the reservation drop-off process.
- You are then responsible for getting the car tagged and parked in the appropriate area.
- During non-peak hours you are to make sure the drive is clean and organized, help the advisors communicate with techs on timelines or issues, and make any phone calls that are needed to be completed for warranty approvals.
- Check the customer out through our virtual check-out or at the cashiers’ station.
- Confirm service quality and inform the customer of the Ford Survey and its importance.
- If an issue arises at delivery you must get the appropriate Ford Certified Advisor before the customer leaves.
- Leave the customer with a warm and personal departure.
