Responsibilities
- Operates a multi-line phone system.
- Provides an excellent experience for our employees and customers
- Answers basic inquiries, refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Performs clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, and sorting mail
- Takes credit card payments
- Maintains coffee bar and assist customers with issues in our self-serve market
- Updates telephone directory
- Ability to demonstrate clear communication with guests and employees
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
- Reliable and on time
- Organization, data entry skills, verbal communication, team player
- Computer skills
- Dress and groom yourself according to accepted social and business standards
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
