What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at LATE CO.?
Late Co. is hiring an Operations Manager to help build a next-generation late night show.
This is not a typical ops job.
We’re launching a new digital late night show built for the internet, combining the energy of classic late night with the vibe and scale of modern platforms, bringing comedy, entertainment, and life-changing ideas to people around the world.
We’re not starting from scratch. The show already has:
• ~3M built-in subscribers
• Investors on board
• Strategic partners like Collab & Influential, along with celebrity backers
• A full production and launch plan already in motion
Our goal is to build a culturally impactful show that grows into a major media business.
Now we need someone exceptional to help run the day-to-day execution of both the show and the business around it — and make sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.
