Front Desk Receptionist - Luxury Head Spa

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist for our Luxury Head Spa. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing appointments, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and experience in retail or hospitality settings. Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service upon arrival and departure
• Manage appointment scheduling using POS systems and maintain an organized booking calendar
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties accurately
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa, including merchandising and stocking retail shelves
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising displays
• Answer phone calls professionally, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
• Support sales initiatives through effective communication skills and retail math techniques

Requirements

• Customer service/Hospitality: 1 year (Required)
• Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
• Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are valued
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
