Our Williamsburg, KY facility is a state-of-the-art 150,000 square foot plant equipped with advanced injection molding machines, robotic assembly cells, and a dedicated team of 250 employees working around the clock to deliver excellence. We specialize in injection molding, gas assist molding, and a variety of value-added processes such as assembly, welding, and pad printing.

Primary Duties:
- Assists in implementing and maintaining the quality system
- Assists in establishing procedures and verifications for the quality function
- Reports on the performance of the quality system with regard to customer satisfaction and process stability
- Participates in APQP function with corporate representitieves; assists with Process Flow & PFMEA development
- Communicates with customers concerning information related to approvals, obataing documentation, specifications or stands related to docment control
- Responsible for Contral Plan and associated Standard work providing timely updates as needed or requested
- Will participate in site NPI activities and is responsible for all associated PPAP requirements
- Responsible for driving CA/PA for those customers or products as assigned
- Will implement & maintain SPC as needed or by customer request
- Employee takes ownership for the quality (Internal, External & Supplier) of parts they are responsible for
- Conducts training for employees engaged in quality of product
- Will participate in LPA or Internal audit process as assigned
- Participates in ongoing CI activities
- Will maintain a professional and organized workspace
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Skills, Requirements and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Working experience with drawings, technical gauging, statistical and non-statistical tools
- Ability to judge product defects against aesthetic standards and make determination of acceptability
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with and communicate to multi-level employees and management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Needs to be a leader and set the example for the quality team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
