Dental Assistant/Hygiene Coordinator

We are looking for a mature, motivated and responsible Chair side (RDA/DA) and front desk knowledge to become part of our private dental practice. Must have excellent people skills, cheerful personality, is customer service oriented and have a minimum of 3 years of dental experience and is proficient in dental terminology. This is for an immediate opening!

Must have the following skills:

People Skills, dental Software knowledge, OSHA regulations, Sterilization standards, chairside assisting, pouring models, taking impressions, taking digital x-rays, perio-charting, polishing teeth, room set-up and sterilization, giving patients post-operative instructions, ordering back office supplies and keeping inventory, and documenting chart notes.

Understanding your doctor’s method of treatments, supplies and tools needed, anticipating his needs in advance.

We help each other out with everything and need someone with that type of attitude. We need a reliable individual that assists our hygienists with turning their room over, stocking their supplies in their room, keeping inventory, making the hygiene next appointments, perio-charting, x-rays, and goodie bag distribution.

Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays 7:45am-5pm and 3 Fridays per month 7:45am-1pm.
