• Structured Hours, No Weekends:
• Monday: 9am–4pm
• Tuesday–Thursday: 9am–6pm
• Friday: 9am–3:30pm
• Every other Monday is an Admin Day

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Verify insurance for treatment plans
• Keep the hygiene and doctor schedules full
• Support treatment planning and patient education
• Assist the team with check-in/out and front desk tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Dentrix (or similar dental software)
• 1 years as a Dental office/receptionist
