Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is located in Katy, TX. The Hospice and Home Health Account Executive will focus on fostering and maintaining relationships with referral sources, clients, and families to promote JOL Healthcare’s services. Key responsibilities include executing strategic marketing plans, conducting community outreach, and providing education about home health and hospice care offerings. The role also includes tracking market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination. This position requires initiative, excellent communication, and dedication to the company's mission of enhancing lives through compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, and community outreach skills with experience in healthcare or related fields.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational, planning, and time-management skills to effectively execute strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge of home health and hospice services; experience in healthcare sales is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel in the Katy, TX area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
