We are currently working with a growing B2B services company that is adding sales and account management headcount in the Houston (West) location. The Account Manager is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area. This is an outside, B2B account management position
This role will:
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, etc
- Manage an effective service schedule for each client.
- Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing, and logistics.
- Promote the sale and monitor supplies for clients
Requirements
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) ideally
- 2-5 years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred but not required.
- 2-5 years track record of success in a client retention role
- Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally.
