Our firm is working on a Controller for a Manufacturing plant that is growing in Northeastern, MA
You will be responsible for all aspects of the financial end of the business within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Closing process
- Account reconcilements
- Accruals
- Cost accounting, margin reporting, overhead, labor, and mfg. cost absorption
- Financial analysis
- Monthly financial reporting
- Full cycle cash management and cash reconcilement
- Cost analysis
- Weekly cash reporting
Minimum Requirements:
- Up to15 years of financial management and controllership experience in a manufacturing business
- BS in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred, MBA ideal
- Cost accounting experience required
- Experience with monthly close process, account reconcilements, and financial reporting
- P&L experience
