We are seeking a Human Resources professional for a full-time, on-site role located in Columbus, OH. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and providing support for personnel management. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, addressing employee concerns, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management practices
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements
- Experience with Employee Benefits and program administration
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
