We do painting a little differently here - We're all about teamwork, going above and beyond for our clients, and getting 1% better every single of course, having some fun while we do it

This is a paid by performance role. You'll be a core part of our Exterior Crew, ideally in the lead role, and have a base pay rate of $20-$25 an hour (depending on your experience).

However, if you're only ever making base pay, something is going wrong. If you work hard you should be making an additional $2-$10 per hour by earning what we call, "performance pay" - which is available on every project we do.

This is truly a fun and challenging role. You'll be working on a team with 1-2 other painters, helping to bring life and color back to homes in the NW Wisconsin area. All of our work is interior and exterior residential projects, so a professional appearance and basic people skills are a must. Attention to detail, hustle, and a positive attitude will be key for your success in this role.

Requirements:

● 2 years EXTERIOR painting experience A MUST

● Comfortable moving ladders and experience working on diverse style homes/substrates

● Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality results

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record

● Reliable transportation

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
