This is a paid by performance role. You'll have a base pay rate of $18 an hour, and you'll be guaranteed 40 hours a week.

However, if you're only ever making base pay, something is going wrong. We want you to be making $20-$30 an hour by earning what we call "performance pay" which is available on each job we complete.

This is truly a fun and challenging role. You'll be working on a team with 1-2 other painters, helping to bring life and color back to homes in the NW Wisconsin area.

The majority of our work is interior work, inside of occupied homes (so a professional appearance, and basic people skills are a must).

Teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, will be key for your success in this role.
