Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Payroll Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Sandy, OR location. The individual in this role will manage payroll processes, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities include processing payroll, handling personnel management tasks, maintaining HR records, and providing support to employees within the organization as it relates to HR programs and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in payroll systems and related technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Redmond, OR
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
