What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage relationships with fleet, commercial, and business clients
- Promote Johnson RV’s body shop services, repairs, modifications, and upfit solutions
- Identify new fleet opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Prepare and present quotes, estimates, and proposals tailored to client needs
- Coordinate closely with Body Shop, Service, and Operations teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and timelines
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM or internal systems
- Follow up consistently to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Represent Johnson RV professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry interactions
- Prior experience in fleet sales, commercial sales, body shop sales, or automotive/RV service sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand technical services and explain them clearly to clients
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
- Professional presence with a consultative sales approach
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
