Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our team at our Temple, TX location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, specifically within a car dealership environment, and possess excellent consulting skills to assist customers in securing the best financing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the dealership’s finance department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide expert finance consulting.
• Negotiate and secure financing options with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions.
• Prepare and review financial documents, contracts, and loan applications.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Train and mentor finance department staff as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, loan structures, and credit analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and financial institutions.

Education and Experience
