Job Description:As a server at Johnny Sanchez, you’ll be the heartbeat of our dining experience. You’ll have the opportunity to guide guests through our menu, share your knowledge of our carefully curated tequila and mezcal selections, and ensure that every meal is memorable. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests, take orders with accuracy, and provide recommendations on menu items, including our signature dishes and beverage pairings.
- Menu Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our menu and specials, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Order Management: Accurately input orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Beverage Service: Knowledgeably serve and recommend beverages, particularly tequila, mezcal, and specialty cocktails.
- Timely Service: Ensure that food and drinks are delivered promptly, and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling specials, sides, or additional courses.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining areas, and server stations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred
