Job Description:As a Bartender at Johnny Sanchez, you will be the maestro behind the bar, crafting signature cocktails, engaging with guests, and creating an unforgettable experience with every pour. Key Responsibilities:
- Craftsmanship: Create and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair, showcasing the unique flavors of our menu.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, offering recommendations, and sharing your knowledge of our cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Bar Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar, ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and serving staff to deliver a seamless dining experience, from drink orders to table service.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences by suggesting premium spirits, wine pairings, or special drinks.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, checking deliveries, and minimizing waste.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
